Mindfulness allows you to learn how to be present and pay attention to your mind in a non- judgmental way. Mindfulness allows us to lead our minds, instead of our minds taking over! Compassion allows us to learn and choose how to be kind and forgiving to ourselves and others, instead of putting ourselves under pressure and doing too much!

The Wellness Retreat will give you an opportunity to take care of yourself by reconnecting, recharging and rejuvenating your mind and body utilising Mindfulness, Compassion, Kindness and Yoga. The Retreat will allow you to reconnect and revive your mind, body and soul and enjoy the peace and serenity within and around you.
