About the Founder

Sam Skull of Leading Balance

Having discovered her own balance following a burn out many years ago, Sam has worked for over 28 years within the corporate and public sector utilising her extensive experience as an Executive Coach, Mindfulness Teacher (integrating compassion) Motivational speaker and Facilitator. Sam accepts that she cannot do everything so Sam and her team teach and transform others through Mindful Balanced Leader Programme and Wellness Retreats incorporating Mindfulness, Compassion, Kindness and Yoga. In addition, Sam is currently completing a MSc in Mindfulness and Compassion and Sam also facilitates at various charity events. Sam enjoys singing, dancing, meditating, yoga, tai chi, gardening and having fun and adventure with her family and friends.
